Definition of Family for UK Startup Visa and UK innovator Visa:
Your family members (“dependents”) can come to the UK with you on this visa. If your family members are from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, they must hold a visa. “Dependent” means one of the following: your husband, wife, or partner; your children under the age of 18.
For proof of savings for dependents, you will have to pay £630 for each family member in addition to your own living expenses of £945. This is to show that they can have sufficient funds to support them while they are in the UK, you will need to show that you have the money and that it has been continuously deposited in your or your dependant’s bank account for at least 28 days.
