UK Startup Visa Eligibility
to be eligible for the UK Startup Visa, you should have the following criteria.
Anyone Who is not a citizen of the EU and has the following criteria:

π’ meet the English language requirement
π’ be able to prove that you have enough personal savings to support yourself while youβre in the UK (1270 Pound)
1. UK start-up visa application requirements
The eligibility requirements for start-up visa applicants are almost the same as those for innovation visa applicants, with the specific requirements that applicants need to meet are as follows:
1. Must be at least 18 years old;
2. From outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland;
3. Able to communicate in English according to B2 standard;
4. Be able to demonstrate that they have sufficient financial resources to support themselves;
5. Be able to get your business plan accepted by an approved institution;
6. You do not need to have at least Β£50,000 of investment capital to participate. If you have a really creative startup idea, you don’t need any prior funding. Your business idea must be judged to be creative, viable and scalable, just like the Innovator visa. FinTech, HealthTech and EdTech are the same industries recommended for this visa. Finally, the applicant does not need to be a sole proprietor, but the applicant can form a team to run the business on their own. However, each member needs to apply for a start-up visa individually.
