Where is the current endorsing-body list?
GOV.UK maintains the authoritative Innovator Founder and Scale-up endorsing-body list. It distinguishes business endorsing bodies that can issue endorsements for new initial Innovator Founder applications from legacy endorsing bodies associated with earlier cases. Check the current list, each body’s own eligibility rules and application process before making contact.
What does an endorsing body assess?
For a new Innovator Founder application, the business idea must be new, innovative, viable and scalable under the current GOV.UK route overview. An approved body assesses the idea and may issue an endorsement letter if its criteria are met. Endorsement is only one part of the visa application and does not guarantee a visa.
