Anyone Who is not a citizen of the EU and has the following criteria:
1. be at least 18 years old
2. meet the English language requirement
2. be able to prove that you have enough personal savings to support yourself while you’re in the UK (1270 Pound)

3️⃣ Getting Endorsed By an Endorsing Body
4️⃣ Filling the Online Application
The general criteria are:
1. You are at least 18 years old;
2. You have not previously established a business in the UK
3. You have been endorsed by an approved UK endorsing body
4. You are competent in the English language to at least CEFR Level B2 (equivalent to IELTS 5)
The UK Start Up visa is aimed at ambitious entrepreneurs looking to set up their first business in Britain. Replacing the Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) visa, the Start Up route is open to both graduates and non-graduates, and no initial funding is needed to be eligible.
